Immigration Physicals
The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) requires green cards and US citizenship applicants to receive a full physical. We can fulfill this requirement for you today — no appointment necessary!
You need the following things as a prerequisite:
- TB or Tuberculosis blood test for two years and older.
- Gonorrhea test for ages 15 and older.
- Syphilis or RPR test for ages 14 and older.
- You should have vaccinations for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Tetanus Diphtheria, Polio Varicella & Influenza in Flu season.
Why You Need a Physical for Citizenship
A physical is required for citizenship and green card requests so that you can receive vaccinations for any diseases you would be at risk for in the United States. The exam also ensures you do not carry any diseases or conditions that would prevent you from obtaining citizenship.
If you do not have any vaccination records, You can have the Shots from us. We charge $150 for Tetanus & MMR shots. You don’t need the varicella shot if you had chickenpox in your childhood. If you do not have that then you can have the Varicella shot from any pharmacy like Walgreens or CVS. The Ohio Department of Health is NOT giving the Shots anymore because of CoronaVirus.
Our Mission Statement
To help the loving immigrants of peaceful America get the Green card and ultimately become US Citizens.
